An Online Crowdsourcing Virus Database for Classification Based on Natural Vector

The database stores all extracted nucleotide sequences, natural vectors and classification information of the viruses downloaded from NCBI. Users can submit sequences and their own classification information to the system. Data verification will then be carried out. Upon approval, the natural vector will then be calculated and the 5 nearest neighbors with the classification information will be sent back to users via email.
